What is next?
It has been 3 months since I started on my journey to reclaim my health. In the last three months I have seen some personal improvements as well as some personal setbacks. These set backs were expected and did not completely throw me off my plan.
At this point, I am not going to add any more to my plate in terms of my next plan of action because I still am working on all previous plans:
Month 1: Use of essential oils
Month 2: Eat less carbs
Month 3: Help other people
Therefore, as I go into my fourth month, I plan to continue to incorporate the first three into my daily actions and step it up a little bit more. In terms of essential oil use, I feel as though I am definitely getting a handle on what they do and how they work for different things. At first, it was very overwhelming, but now I use them on family and myself every single day and it is becoming second nature. I continue to try new products and love each of them. The wide variety of uses help with the simplest thing to the most major. I am so thankful for the oils and do not know what I would do without them. If you are interested in oils, please let me know. When it comes to eating less carbs, I have not done so well. I started off eating a salad a few days a week and definitely dropped off that. I don’t know why, after a few days salad just isn’t my thing and I need a break from it. I have tried to include healthier food options and go for whole grain instead of white. Like I’ve mentioned in previous posts. One day at a time, one carb at a time. This is a category where I need to progress in order to succeed.
I enjoy helping people. I want others to learn from my mistakes and to take my knowledge to their advantage. It is my goal to help other moms feel better about themselves and their decisions and to know they are doing the best they can. As parents, we are constantly learning and we don’t know whether or not we are doing a good job and we won’t know until our kids are grown. The more important thing is to do your best and what you think is best for your child whatever that may be.
